Privacy Policy – Amorlyx

This Privacy Policy explains how I, Luis Zech (“I”, “me”, or “my”), handle information when you use the mobile application Amorlyx (the “App”).

1. Overview

Amorlyx is an offline party game for adults. The App is designed to run entirely on your device. I do not collect, store, or share personal data from users of the App.

1. No Data Collection

I do not:

• create user accounts,
• collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information,
• track your location,
• collect usage analytics or device identifiers,
• send any game data to my servers or to third parties.

All game activity (such as player names, questions, dares, and selected options) stays on your device and is not transmitted to me.

1. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or social media SDKs. I do not use third-party services to collect data from within the App.

If you access external websites or services through links outside of the App (for example, my support or website in a browser), those services have their own privacy policies, which I do not control.

1. Children

Amorlyx is intended only for adults (18+) and should not be used by children. I do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used the App in a way that involves providing personal information to me, please contact me so I can address the issue.

1. Security

Because I do not collect or store personal data, I do not maintain user databases. However, you are responsible for securing your own device and controlling who has physical access to it while the App is in use.
